Highlighting a beautiful subdivision.

Although our real estate company serves the entire Phoenix area, we want to emphasize this subdivision "Stetson Hills". This community is nestled between beautiful hills and offers a wide variety of properties by several builders. On our website offer a link titled "Stetson Hills Subdivision" which lists all the MLS properties currently for sale in this subdivision. This list is automatically refreshed on a daily basis. If you are interested in visiting any of these properties or would like additional information, please contact us by using the contact information listed on our website.
We can accommodate out of state and international transactions.

Deem Hills Park - Groundbreaking

On Saturday morning, March 3, 2007, the official groundbreaking took place of the new Deem Hills Park. Various dignitaries were on hand including Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon, Vice Mayor Dave Siebert, Council District 1 and Phil Richards, Parks & Recreation Board Chair.
We have posted a picture of the ceremony which was attended by approximately 50 people and should have been attended by many more since there has been a considerable interest in this project from both sides of the "hill" (Stetson Hills and Stetson Valley) and here were the people who could answer all your questions! In any case, the park construction will consist of two phases: The first will commence in a few weeks and basically consists of the development as shown in our previous blog picture except, that there will be a pedestrian pathway across the saddle between the two hills connecting the Deem Hills cul-de-sac in Stetson Hills to the park. There will be no thru traffic (automobile) roadway. This pathway is shown on the picture as a brown colored line going east-west. The east side is the connection to our subdivision across the saddle. The second phase of construction will add a dog park (two separate areas), lighted volley ball courts, an interpretive center, Ramada's, restrooms and more parking spaces.
